About Chrissy

Hello! I’m
Chrissy Felt
CMHC-I
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of healing and personal growth. My priority as a mental health clinician is to provide a safe space where clients feel valued and heard. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and SFT (Solution Focused Therapy), I help adults and teens work through challenges to their self-awareness and healing.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and spent five years working in a middle school academic counseling office. During that time, I saw firsthand the struggles adolescents face and felt a deep desire to support them in a more meaningful way. This led me to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling so that I could provide further guidance and therapeutic support.
While my passion for working with adolescents remains strong, I enjoy helping clients of all ages and all stages of life. I am also trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy and incorporate this approach when working with younger clients. As a mother of four, I deeply understand the complexities of parenting and the transitions that come with each stage of family life. I am dedicated to my clients and always seek to support your journey towards well-being.
