About Alicia

Hello! I’m
Alicia Sutton
MSW-I
I firmly believe in your ability to reach your fullest potential, and I am deeply committed to helping you on your path. I hold a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University and am on track to earn my master’s degree in social work from Baylor University in 2025. During my years of work in the Communications field and as a parent, I have developed a rich foundation of knowledge that I now apply in my work with children, teens and adults.
Prior to and during my Master’s work, I have worked with many populations including clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, self-confidence issues, OCD and autism. Additionally, I’ve led both intensive outpatient small group therapy and large group therapy sessions for adults.
I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in addition to my ongoing graduate studies. I am also advancing my skills with specialized training in Child-Centered Play Therapy to offer the best possible care for children.
I am dedicated to assisting and helping you to achieve the personal growth you desire. Everyone deserves to live a life that fully reflects who they are, and I look forward to helping you flourish.
